Today I watched Rascal Flatts' video, What Hurts The Most, for the first time. Talk about taking a good song and making a great video! The video is hard hitting at the beginning then delivers a crushing blow in the final five seconds. I let the tears come. What can I say? I was touched. Desire, to be loved or be together or build a future, runs through both the song and video. John Eldredge would be proud. You can see the video at the end of this page.
My son told me a couple of days ago that the video was about a death. I told him I didn't get that from the lyrics. Turns out we were both right.
