January Sunset

I did nothing to this picture. This is the actual color, as best my Nikon could capture it, of a sunset to the east of my back porch. The day was unusual with the sun going down in the west as some dark clouds passed to the east. For a few moments the light was just eerie. I think the color of the grass and leaves in January added to the mix.

You may have noticed a lack of blogs lately. I've been working on another blog with a couple of pastor friends. It's called Baptist Banter, and right now it's a private blog. Who knows? Maybe one day we will share our banter with the rest of the world :-)
