Fowler Park

Tell me this isn't one of the biggest trees you have ever seen. It's impressive. And to walk around it and think that it is over two hundred years old is a show stopper. Everything that has ever happened in the United States has occurred during the lifetime of this tree. Being under this tree makes me think about how short life really is...this tree may very well outlive me in this world. Thoughts like that turn into thoughts of eternity. My life in this world may be like a vapor, but eternal life is a promise from God to all those who are Christ followers. And with that in mind, I have trumped the tree :-)
